Who we are

Keel Engineering Advisory (“we”) is a software architecture and engineering advisory based in Nairobi, Kenya. We process personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Scorecard and contact forms: your name, work email, company, role, and your answers.
• Bookings: details you give when booking a call, processed by our scheduling provider.
• Server logs: IP address and request details, kept for up to 30 days for security.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data.

Why we use it

To reply to you, send the report you requested, and — only if you opt in — occasional insights on engineering and AI adoption. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored on our own server, hosted with Hetzner in the EU. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@keel.co.ke. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
